One of the latest additions to our website is the luxury hosiery brand, Gerbe. I am very excited that these beautiful stockings are finally available to Australia. What makes them so special?

Well, to start with Gerbe produces luxury hosiery on a par with Wolford but at more reasonable prices. Their hosiery is often seen on the catwalks of famous designers like Christian Dior, Chanel, Thierry Mugler and so on. 

The perfection of GERBE Paris in the production confirms their first-class quality status. For example they use doublebraided fibers, for a better durability. All hosiery has invisible reinforced toes and heels, natural fiber gusset (silk or cotton), waistbands with flat seams and a shaped silhouette to provide extraordinaire comfort. These are all details that you don’t find in cheaper, commercially made hosiery.

When I saw their 2012-2013 collection I was smitten. Designed by Gaspard Yurkievich it is  a combination of creativity, old time elegance and luxury. The collection is characterised by strong patterns, a blend of opacity and transparency and a mastering of beautiful vibrant colours.
